Why we built it

Australian aged care faces a chronic workforce shortage. The single biggest driver of nurse turnover is administrative burden — the unseen second shift after the real one.

Nurses became nurses to be at the bedside. They didn't become nurses to type into a console. KOOKA TECH starts with that observation and works backwards.

We won't replace clinical judgement, and we won't try. We just make the writing disappear into the moment of care.
